'ET' - Movie on the Oval

Please come and join in our first family 'Movie on the Oval' night on

Friday, November 20th 2009

Admission

GATES OPEN AT 7:30pm

MOVIE START APPROX 8:30pm

Food vans on site or bring your own picnic.

Please note:

Patrons will also need to bring their own chairs, seats or rugs.
NO seating is provided.
Cars are definitely not allowed on the Oval.
This is an Alcohol Free event.
No glass is allowed on the Oval.
Smoking on the Oval Arena or school property is strictly prohibited.
Authorised Security will be at the event.

Tickets:

$20 for a family of four.

$6 for a single.

All prices include GST.

Please note the following terms and conditions of ticket sales:

No Ticket = No Entry.

A handling fee of $1 (incl. GST) will be added to any booking made over the Internet.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

In the event of inclement weather the movie will be screened in the Black Hill Primary School Gym.

Refunds will be only given if the event is cancelled.

Ticket holders are not permitted to record shows, with a video recorder or camera of any kind.

Please inform our Office staff if you have any special needs, e.g. wheelchair, when purchasing your tickets.
